Can she really be F.I.V.E. already???

I know I've said this before, but I really can't believe how fast my children are growing.  I actually don't like it much at all.  I tell my kids almost everyday to quit growing, but like expected, they tell me NO WAY mom.  I just don't understand why they can't stay little forever????  It seems like everytime I turn around they're all growing up.  And this is true for even Miss A.  She turned 5 on March 12th and she likes to remind me of that EVERYDAY!!!  She gets (with much dread from her mommy) to start kindergarten this year.  She is sooooo excited to FINALLY get to go to school like her big sister.  This little girl came into the world with quite an entrance and she's kept us on our toes every day since.  There is NEVER a dull moment with Miss A in our lives.  In honor of her 5th birthday.....F.I.V.E. things we love about her the most.

-  Her imagination keeps us all entertained and we're sure she'll conquer the world with her creativity.
-  She is ALWAYS willing to share with anyone/everyone.
-  Her contagious laugh melts our h.e.a.r.t.s. :)
-  She can not help but sing and dance when music is played.  She really just feels music and it makes her really happy!!!!
-  Oh my, those freckled cheeks and green eyes.  I mean, what else can you say?!?!

S.E.V.E.N. years ago today.....

I know E.X.A.C.T.L.Y. what I was doing seven years ago today!!!!!  I was meeting this little girl for the VERY first time.  She was such a miracle to us.  We had waited so long for her to join our family and we couldn't have been more thrilled to see her.

I can't believe {7} short years later....she now is this girl:

I don't know where my baby girl went.  She has been such a joy to have in our family, and we would NOT be complete without her.  We are so happy everyday that she is in our lives.  Everyday is packed full of life and enjoyment with this great big sister.

SEVEN things we love about Miss J:

She has the m.o.s.t. sensitive heart ever.  She actually will cry when her sisters get in trouble.
* She really wants to do what's right
* Her smile and excitement about life can light up a room!
* Her beautiful red hair, bright blue eyes, and freckled cheeks make our heart smile.
* She is ALWAYS willing to help anyone, ANYTIME!!!
* Her love of learning and curiosity for everything around her.
* Her genuine love of others and her amazingly sweet spirit.

We love you Miss J and are SOOOO happy you chose us to be your family!!!!

P.S.  I actually did this post ON her birthday, I just forgot to hit publish :)

A little late....but VERY important anyways!!

Miss M turned 2 back in July and I never got around to 'celebrating' her. But I'm trying to still play catch up...so, for some facts about the {HAPPIEST} little girl I know.

Nickname: Turkey terd..I know (weird).
Born: Henderson, Nevada
Has: Blonde hair with the sweetest curls and {bright} blue eyes. She even has a dimple on her cheek when she smiles just right.
Loves: Dora and Strawberry Shortcake...although she never really watches either. But she is O.B.S.E.S.S.E.D. with Dora everything.
Favorite color: Likes 'em all.
Likes: To sing songs and especially enjoys "If You're Happy and You Know It".
Loves: Her binkie and absolutely will NOT sleep without it....still trying to figure out whether "we're" ready to break her of it. :)
Can: Count to 10 [all by herself], knows most of the alphabet song, can identify ANY helicopter or airplane for miles away, and has THE BEST memory!!!
Likes: To play outside with her big sisters and especially enjoys 'riding' her bike like the big girls.
Favorite Food: Mac 'n Cheese and absolutely IN LOVE with strawberry milk.
We love: How sweet and happy she is. She makes us laugh ALL the time and she pulls the b.e.s.t "faces"!!!!
Loves: Swimming......
Can: Talk sooooo well and very (clear).
Favorite sayings: Hear that?; Helicopter/airplane; Oh no; Shoo Fly {a favorite song of hers}; Oh dear.

Miss M was not always the easiest or best child, but she has since grown into a sweetheart. We truly love having her in our family and are truely blessed to have her. She is a great big sister and loves having two older ones to play with. The last two years have been so amazing with her and we are excited to call her ours forever. We love you Miss M. Happy Birthday....a little late ;)

Now, there are lots more things that happened this summer like: we bought our first house and we took a fun family vacation to San Diego and Sea World. There are pictures involved, but for now, it will have to wait. We are off in just a couple of hours to have our fourth baby (fourth girl) and we will have LOTS more to blog about. Oh yeah, and I still need to do a "birthday" tribute to Miss M...and I will, PROMISE!!! For now, enjoy, and we will be back soon with some new exciting news and pictures!

So much to blog about....so little time!

Alright, for the few (and I many very few) of you that ever check this blog....I'm sorry. I have been HORRIBLE about keeping this updated. I don't know what happened, but life just got busy and I got lazy. Anyways, we have had LOTS of things happen in the last couple of months and I'm going to try and 'kinda' get caught up over the next couple of days before I have this baby and will need to do yet another post ;)

So, for tonight....Miss A graduated preschool and had surgery to remove her adenoids. And Miss J had a year-end kindergarten play. There are just way too many pictures and way too little time to download them all and explain, so just enjoy these slides and I think you'll get the idea!!

Toothfairy, Grandparents Day, and a cute girl...

I just had to do a quick post about two very fun things that happened today. First, Miss J lost her top tooth today....and boy, is she cute. She had been wiggling that thing for days and it FINALLY came out.

Next....today was Grandparents Day at Miss A's preschool.

We are sooooo grateful that our grandma was able AND (willing) to come down and spend the morning playing at the preschool. Grandma was NOT feeling well (she probably should have been at the doctor's instead of preschool) and she still wanted to be here for this special little girl. They got to sing songs, make butterflies, play outside AND have a picnic lunch together!!! Yeah for Grandparents Day!!!!!!

(I know, I should've gotten a picture with Grandma AND Miss A together!!)

FINALLY, WHO COULD LEAVE THIS CUTE GIRL OUT??
